Flowing with the Seasons workshop

Working in tune with the seasons is an extremely powerful way to take care of ourselves, to connect back to nature & to move through life with more intention & ease. We can learn so much from Mother Nature & the changing of her seasons.

In this workshop (held four times a year as the seasons shift) we will let the Earth guide us on a journey of movement, connection & inner healing.

These workshops will consist of core offerings such as journaling, asana (movement), meditation, pranayama (breathwork) self-reflection & intention setting, with each seasons workshop focusing on a different theme or topic to aid you on your journey of self-healing & discovery depending on the season.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to flow through life with more ease, becoming more in tune with themselves & nature. All levels welcome!

Summer Workshop

Step into the warmth & abundance of summer with our energising yoga workshop! Join me for an immersive experience where we'll journey together, guided by the vibrant energy of the season.

Summer is a time of expansion, growth, & vitality, & this workshop is designed to help you align with these natural rhythms. From dynamic sequences that invigorate the body to grounding poses that root you in the present moment, each element of our practice harmonises with the energy of summer.

After our rejuvenating practice, we'll gather for a deep mediation & journaling session to reflect on our experiences & set intentions for the season ahead.

Savour the soothing flavours of herbal tea as we nurture our bodies & minds, & for those feeling adventurous, there's the option to take a refreshing dip in the sea afterwards to fully embrace the invigorating energy of summer!
