Private Classes

1:1 Private yoga sessions, at your home in person or online.

All private yoga classes will be created specifically for you, your body & your needs. At the beginning of our first session together there will be a consultation to talk about your physical & mental well-being & your lifestyle as well as your reasons for wanting to deepen your practice so we can tailor each session correctly.

 

If you are new to yoga, studio classes can seem overwhelming, 1:1 sessions are a great way to gain practice & confidence before joining a group class.

£60 p/hour or 4 x 1:1 for £220. Also available for couples & small groups (rate dependant on numbers).

IMPORTANT, please note:

Upon booking you will be sent a Waiver form. Please complete this prior to your first session & let me know if you have any injuries, illnesses or specific concerns that may affect your yoga practice.  It is your responsibility to update this information whenever necessary.

 

If the session is in person (rather than online) please ensure you have an area in your home suitable & spacious enough for two yoga mats (one for you, one for me).

 

You are required to have your own yoga mat. Bricks, blocks, bolsters & straps can be provided but if you have your own & would prefer to use those then of course you can.

 

4 x 1:1 sessions must all be used within 3 months, starting from the date of confirmed booking.

 

Unfortunately these sessions are not currently available for those who are pregnant.
